Russian Center of Translation, Consultations and Notaries services (it was primary - US Consulting Group and beginning from 2005 - Legal Translation Services, Inc.), which was created in 1996. Since then the office hasbeen located in the centre of the Russian-speaking community in Southern Denver. The Center was founded by Sergey Shakhmayev. He was the first in Colorado to hang up a signboard in Russian. Nowadays more than 15 Russian-speaking businesses are located there, including various shops, drugstores, video-rental stores, and restaurants.

The name "Russian Plaza" has been given to this "conglomerate" by one of Colorado’s major newspapers, "The Rocky Mountain News." On January 24, 1997 that newspaper for the first announced to "natives" about the Russian shopping-center. The number of Russian-speaking businesses in this plaza has increased since then more than in 5 times over!
Naturally our Center – which is unique in Colorado’s Russian-speaking community – specializes in translations, notary services and marketing. Our office has been located in the Russian Center for more than 16 years. We do translate from many languages, including German, French, Spanish, etc.

We notarize any documents for any countries; prepare inquiries, powers of attorney, etc. Over many years not one document prepared by us has been rejected by governmental or private organizations in the USA or other countries.

We work with many highly-skilled American lawyers. For a long time they have successfully represented Russian-speaking immigrants in various legal and business matters using our services. The Center has employees with legal-related education. Through the Center’s services lawyers and clients are able to speak "in one language". ".

Over 16 years the Center has accumulated considerable information on various areas of business in Colorado in which many our compatriots work. Marketing has increasingly become a strong focus of our activity. Many businesses who are interested in Russian-speaking clients use our services.
